"Due to a previous experience with a deceptive realtor, I began my Englewood FL condo search wary of realtors as a group & the real estate process in general. A friend... kindly researched realtors in the Englewood area & recommended Jean Pressley Whittaker. I initially met with Jean from afar via phone & later in person when I vacationed on Manasota Key with the intention of learning more about life in the area "in season". Following a brief acclimation period, I found Jean to be a highly professional and effective partner in my condo search. As I better clarified my musts & wants in a condo & location, Jean well educated me regarding the market in general & effectively narrowed my focus on suitable properties in my price range. "This was the second time we have dealt with Jean the first time was when we purchased our villa back in 2011. Jean was recommended to us by my brother who had bought a villa in Bobcat a few years prior to my wife and I looking for a “snowbird home.
Within the first few minutes of meeting Jean we were feeling very comfortable and with Jean’s knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for as my wife had some issues with her mobility etc.
When it came time to sell our villa there was no question as to who was going to be our realtor. She represented the sellers and we were impressed with her expertise and professionalism at that time. We then contracted with her to sell our Venice, FL home which shehandled in the same way.
